ICP BLCA modules are manufactured from a refractory ceramic fibres, blended with specially selected organic binders to give flexible block with exceptional characteristics. These prefabricated modules are designed to meet the thermal insulation requirements of high temperature furnaces.

ICP MCA ceramic fiber blankets are manufactured by ceramic fibres obtained by a “spun” process.
WET CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET
ICP MCA HD Wet Ceramic Blanket is made from ceramic fibre blanket impregnated with inorganic bonding agents, resulting in flexible insulation that dries to a hard rigid structure. The hardness of this surface provides resistance and permeability for service under conditions of high hot gas velocities.
The materials are packaged in polythene bags to retain the wet binder during shipment and storage.

These boards exhibit high strength and rigidity coupled with excellent insulating performance and high temperature stability. ICP PLCA board is particularly designed to applications where reduced out gassing are required.
